Acupuncture

Acupuncture is the ancient art of inserting fine needles into the body at specific points according to Traditional Chinese Medicine theory in order to achieve better health or to treat disease. Certain health problems are known to be helped by acupuncture and this includes painful conditions (arthritis, headache, sprains, neuropathies), allergic conditions, neuromuscular conditions (e.g. carpal tunnel syndrome), smoking and stress. Because of the specialized nature of the Meridian Group, we are particularly skillful in the use of acupuncture to treat infertility and side-effects associated with cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
