Existing Patients

In order to expedite processing orders, prescription refills or specific requests, we would like to offer you several ways in which you may reach us.

For Prescriptions Refills

You may email rx@meridianmedical.org or you may call the front desk at 212-683-1221 and leave a message or you may fax us your request at 212-683-1083. Please include the name of the medication, strength and quantity and the name and number of your pharmacy.

To Re-order Supplements or Herbs

You may email rx@meridianmedical.org or leave a message with our front desk or fax us with your requests. Please indicate the name and quantity you desire and whether or not you would like to pick them up at a later time or if you wish us to send the order to your home address. We will also send you a confirmation via email or phone, whichever you prefer.

Questions or other non-emergent specific requests can be directed to info@meridianmedical.org. You will receive a response by the end of the business day at the latest.
